Funfunnels.com makes every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. Items in stock are typically shipped within 1 to 3 business days of receipt of order (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays). If we discover that there are any problems with your order we will contact you ASAP.

PO Boxes, APO and FPO Addresses:
Funfunnels.com does not ship to APO and FPO addresses, or PO Boxes at this time.

International Shipping:
We ship orders internationally via UPS. The recipient will be responsible for all additional brokerage fees, customs fees, duties, taxes and/or other fees that may apply.

•International orders can only be shipped to the exact billing address, of the card holder, that the credit card company has on file.

•Furthermore, orders purchased with a domestically billed card, may only be shipped within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. International orders will arrive in 2 to 3 weeks.

• Shipping and handling charge of $10 will be added to international order.

• The recipient will be responsible for all additional brokerage fees, customs fees, duties, taxes and/or other fees that may apply. Please refer to your local government agency for what these taxes may be. Costs to some more remote destinations within the countries covered may require additional charges. If we cannot cover the additional charges we will contact you for your approval to proceed.

• Upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying for all applicable duties and/or taxes for your order. If packages are refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all duties/taxes, return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

•Delivery times do not include processing time. Packages will not be delivered on weekends.

Return Policy:
We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise sold by Funfunnels.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a prompt refund (Excluding any shipping costs).

No refunds will be authorized after 14 business days of receipt of merchandise.

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, issued by Funfunnels,LLC, marked on the outside of the shipping box. Returns without RMA numbers clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box will be refused and returned to the shipper. Please call (925)785-4538 or email at info@funfunnels.com and and ask for the returns department for issuance of an RMA. RMA are valid for 14 business days from date of issuance only. Upon expiration, the products can no longer be returned.

• Returned items must be unused, and still in new condition with all tags attached.

• Returned items must be in new condition for resale with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

• Upon receipt of returned merchandise you will be credited the cost of the item. Original shipping charges will not be included in the credit. Returned merchandise with original free shipping will be charged 20% restocking fee. Please allow 30 days from the time of shipping for the credit to be processed. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Tips for Return:
• Pack the item securely in the orginal package.

• Enclose the original packing list with the item. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.

• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

• For your protection, we recommend that you use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number for your shipment such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.

• Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.


Western Pack Warranty Service:
WesternPack product is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the item. Their warranty applies for the purposes intended, under normal conditions only. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal and typical wear, accidents, airline mishandling, unreasonable use, negligence, improper care, damage from abuse, or unauthorized repair.

Placing orders not in stock and typographical listing errors:
While we make every effort to maintain ample supply of our stock, occasionally we may be out of certain items. Out-of-stock item(s) will be removed from your order total and we will notify you by e-mail. We have the right to supply less than the quantity ordered at any time, due to availability.

We strive to maintain as accurate and specific website as possible through our product listings and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that all content, pricing or specifications are always current and complete. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical information, technical or other error, Funfunnels,LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for that product. Funfunnels,LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order has been made to correct a typographical error made in pricing, and charge you accordingly. You will be notified via email of the error. If you disagree with the corrected price you will be required to return the portion of the order that is in dispute, and Funfunnels,LLC shall pay for the return shipping charges via UPS Ground. EXAMPLE: If an item listed price is $100 and during the "check out process" it is listed at $10.00 then a typographical error has occurred and the listed price shall be charged to the order.

We make no warranties or representations as to its typographical errors, or other errors or omissions in the content on this site.
